Most Scarfanatics.com products displayed may also be available at our Scarfanatics Storefront (TBD) while supplies last. SEVERABILITY

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
